This summer, ISA-ELAP Service-Learning & Internships will be offering students the chance to experience the World Cup from the stunning beach community of Florianópolis, Brazil! This two-week program allows participants the unique chance to train with a professional Brazilian coach and scrimmage with local teams. Athletes will combine an intensive soccer training program with cross-training techniques and strength and conditioning exercises. The program also includes World Cup match viewing parties, a community service project to benefit a local children’s development organization, and lectures on the proud history, culture, and business of soccer in Brazil.
